The times on the ranking list are based upon the two lap championship mode in the arcade side. Those times are very possible for the two laps mode. I have a 2:45xx myself (i run under the name JES look real hard and you will find me somewhere). Look at the top drivers 2:41's and lower. As for the first topic about the secrets are you refering to the arcade or the saturn version?
