Yes, all time in the ranking board is 2 laps per round for both Arcade
version and Saturn version. And the secret is for Saturn and PC version
only. Your record in STCC is quite fast. If you want to know how to play
faster, may be I can help you. My best time is 2'41"320 in arcade version.
