Race the AI car in VS mode with the Sega Prototype car - you will win easily every time. Keep beating it at each track and it will learn from you. When you think it has learned enough go to Championship mode and send the red AI car out. If you taught the AI car well enough then it will win the championship. If it does then you gain access to the Toyota Celica and Lancia Delta.
